As we moved to Texas before the house sold, Elizabeth went above and beyond in regularly checking on the house, arranging for contractor access and even adjusting the thermostats as the weather dictated. She and her husband also bought and installed insulated covers for our outside faucets.They even helped with rearranging furniture to better display the house.
